Acceptances for first day’s races to be declared before 9 p.m. on FRIDAY, February 21st, 1896. Weights for second day’s races to bo declared by 7 p.m. on evening of flirt day’s racing. Acceptances to be made by 9 p.m. on same day. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stokes, to go to improvement of course. Nominations and Acceptances to be accompanied by the necessary amount in cash.
