It distancea by first horse, second and third money will be paid to the VFinuer. All protests must be accompanied by a fee of 2 sovs, to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. All disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of stewards present, whose decision shall be final, and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
