He won 32 races out of 66 starts. has proved his ability to get the best steeplechase horses-in the country, he being the sire of Mangere, Justice, Pica, Jessica, Gipsy, and Orakei. The following two also won races in Australia : Forget-me-not and Piaroa; the latter has won a number of steeplechases in Melbourne, carrying big weights.
