No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition—That all disputes, claims and obj ections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left in the Racing Club’s Letter Box, at the Argyll Hotel, Gisborne, not later than 9 p.m. on the advertised dates of closing. No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever, unless actually accompanied by the necessary amount payable.
