(BY WIRE —FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT.) April 4th. The Waipa Racing Club held a very successful meeting on the Te Awamutu racecourse to-day. The various events resulted as follows : — Handicap Hurdle Race of 30S0VS, 2 miles —Nero. Maiden Plate Handicap of 15S0VS, miles.— Rebel. Te Awamutu Cup Handicap of 45SOVS, miles. —Folly. Kihikihi Plate of 2osovs, mile.— Folly. Pony Race Handicap of 40S0VS, 1 mile. —Red Rose. Flying Stakes of 2osovs, b furlongs.— Folly.
