Gisborne, November 9th. The Gisborne Racing Club’s Spring Meeting was favoured with splendid weather and a good attendance. The results were as follows :—Flying Handi cap, Link 1, Retribution 2, Glauvena 3. A good race. Time, 1.18. Dividend, £4 4s.
Hack Scurry, Talisman 1; this was an excellent finish. Dividend, £lB 6s.
Grandstand Handicap, Link 1, Pani 2, Pekapu 3. Won easily. Time, 1.48. Dividend, £1 19s,
Hurdle Handicap, The Bishop 1, Jack 2, New Year 3. Good race. Time 4.9. Dividend £3B 19s.
Hack Hurdles, Daldie 1. Dividend £7 4s.
Park Handicap, Retribution 1, Lord Raven 2, Pani 3. Won by a head. Time 2.14. Dividend £2 2s.
Hack Flat, Lady Wester 1. Dividend £lO 2s.
Forced, Lord Raven 1, Jack 2, Retribution 3. Time 1.48. Dividend £3 18s.
