ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS.
‘Doubt,’ Wanganui. —The C.J.C. have determined that the rule affecting trainers’ licenses adopted by the Conference means that owners training horses absolutely their own are not required to register, and have passed a resolution to that effect. The A.R.C. secretary further states that such owners are entitled to admission to all Metropolitan courses. Clubs other than Metropolitan, however, may refuse admission.
