Auckland R.C.’s Summer, 1894-5. The attention of owners is directed to the conditions of the Great Northern Derby and Foal Stakes, to be run at the Auckland Racing Club’s Summer Meeting of 1894-5. The conditions of each race are advertised in another portion of this issue, and owners of youngsters must not forget that the day of nomination is to-morrow, the 13th inst. Takapuna Jockey Club’s Summer For this Club’s Summer Meeting, on the 28th and 30th inst., the following nominations close at 9 p.m. to-morrow, the 13th inst.:— Handicap Maiden Plate of 30 sovs, 1 mile, 10s. Handicap Hurdles of 70 sovs, 2 miles, 1 sov. Zealandia Handicap of 50 sovs, 5 furlongs, 1 sov. Calliope Handicap of 70 sovs, 6 furlongs, 1 sov. The following nominations close with the secretary of the Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club by 10 p.m. on Tuesday next, the 17th inst.: — Hawke’s Bay Cup of 400 sovs., if miles, 2 sovs. Railway Stakes Handicap of 125 sovs., 6 furlongs, 1 sov. Ngaruawahia Races. Acceptances and general entries for this meeting are due on Saturday, the 14th inst, by 9 p.m. The meeting comes off on the following Saturday. Dunedin Jockey Club’s Autumn.
