F. N. Jones, photo. SIXTY YEARS MARRIED DIAMOND WEDDING CELEBRATIONS IN NELSON. On July 31st, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lewis, of Nelson, celebrated the 60th anniversary of their wedding. Mr. Lewis attained the age of 81 years about three weeks ago, and Mrs. Lewis celebrated her 80th birthday about the same time. Mr. Lewis is Wellknown in Auckland, Wellington, Wanganui, Christchurch, and Dunedin, having started as a local preacher at the age of 18 and continued for 63 years. Although 81 years of age now, he frequently walks 16 miles to preach on a Sunday.
