NELSON’S HISTORIC SHIP THE VICTORY SALUTES THE KING-EMPEROR.
An interesting incident connected with the departure of the King and Queen from Portsmouth on their voyage to the Purbar was tin* tiring of the Royal Salute from the grand old Victory lying off Gosport Hard, as the Medina steamed out of the narrow mouth of the famous naval port.
