(Hi Labour Imy the I’nion Steamship Company’s twin-screw island steamer Xavna ran a very successful excursion to Whangaparapara, Great Barrier Island. II is evident that trips to this beautiful island will be very popular during the summer, for tin* Xavna took a full complement and had to leave from 7<H) to I<MM> would-be passengers on the wharf.
