June 10. Bridge Party. On Monday, June 12th, Mrs. Evans gave a very enjoyable little bridge afternoon at her residence, West-st. AH the decorations in the bridge-room and on the afternoon tea table were of red, white and blue, which looked very effective. The prize, which was won by Mrs. Miles, Was a Coronation vase. The guests of the party were Mrs. Miles, Mrs. Halliday. Mrs. Horrocks, Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Gillespie, Mrs. Hill, Miss Shannon, Mrs. Willis, Mrs. Atkinson, Mrs. Glasgow, Mrs. Stewart. Handkerchief Tea.

On Thursday last Mrs. Tingy gave a 'handkerchief tea for Miss O. Peat, who is to be married next month. A poetical competition was won by Miss Prior.
