Miss Ivy Coote, who made her debut, was charmingly gowned in white satin, with short tunie of white chiffon, deeply banded with silk embroidered lace; Mrs. Coote wore a becoming frock of blaek satin, with a deep hem of Coronation-blue satin, the overdress being of black silk fisher net. her shoulder scarf was of royal blue ninon ami silver sequins: Miss Myrtle Coote wore a white silk frock, with pale pink sashj Mr*. After several games of progressive euehre had been played, the prizes were won by Miss Houlker and Miss Frances Clark.
