May 11. Tie Antnaan Races. The Marlborough Racing Club held their autumn meeting on Wednesday and Thursday on the Riverlands course. The weather was perfect, and there was a record attendance. A Dance. A most enjoyable impromptu lance was arranged for Friday evening in St. Patrick’s Hall, as a wind up to our festival week. Excellent music was supplied by Perry’s orchestra. A beautiful supper was laid out in the supper room, the table* being artistically decorated with yellow chrysanthemums and autumn leave*.
