24th April. A Concert. A very delightful evening’s stngoig was given last Tuesday evening by Madame Antoine Dolores. Amongst the •udience were: Mrs Mainland Foster, black satin, black chiffon and dewdrop spangled scarf; Mrs -Stock, -cream satin; Mrs Kennedy, black silk; Mrs Stephenson; white silk; Mr* Reeve, black and •toU gowa of aatia foulard; Mr* Bar-
ton, pale blue silk; Mrs Paris, cream satin and chiffon; Miss Booth, white silk gown; Mr* Black, black silk; Miss Davies, cream satin, striped lisse over satin; Miss N. Davies, sea foam green, satin foulard, fringes of silver; Mrs Williams, Peacock green satin gown, trimmed Roman embroidery; Mrs Mann, cream brocaded silk; Mrs Margoliouth, black trimmed velvet gown; Misa Margoliouth (Napier), black silk and lace. Personal. Mr Douglas (Napier) is at present visiting Gisborne. Miss Davies is visiting friends in Napier. Mrs and Miss Margoliouth (Napier) are visiting Mrs C. Margoliouth (Gisborne ). Miss K. Williams is on a visit to
Hastings.
