THE WORK AND ADMINISTRATION OF LIBRARIES—IMPORTANT CONFERENCE IN AUCKLAND.
The Libraries' Conference, held at the Auckland City Council Chambers during Easter, and attended by delegates from most of the affiliated institutions in the Dominion, discussed a large number of questions vitally affecting the working and administration of libraries. The above group shows the delegates who attended the conference, the President < Mr. T. W. Leys) being seated in the centre.
