His Worship the Mayor (Mr. C. E. Ma k iy), is to bp seen on the right opening the rowing season for the combined clubs. Wanganui Union and Aiamoho. In the first two boats on the right of the picture the Australian and New Zealand fours am! the New Zealand Champion double scul'-s are to be seen. It is on this course that the New Zealand Rowing Association’s annual regatta will be held this year.
