Take a dose of two teaspoonfuls after each meal and at l>edtime. This admirable and quite harmless remedy will soon take off two pounds of the offending fatty excess; and as day by day the weight decreases strength and vigour will return in equal ratio; for, be it observed, there is no fasting or exercising required. Rest, good food, regular doses -these are all that is necessary to reduce weight to normal, increase the supply of purs blood, clear the skin, beautify the complexion. and restore energy and exceb lent spirits.
