Siberian Malla Moot Wolf, the property of Chief Engineer J. Morgan, of the Alley liner Indravelli, which was recently berthed at Auckland. The wolf is a domesticated animal, but still possesses many of his primitive qualities. He is very fond of playing with children, and dearly delights to get ashore in the snow. The owner values him at 150 guineas.

A company of Maoris, whose part singing, native dances, ete., have created considerable interest in New Zealand, left Wellington by the Manapouri last week on their way to America, where they are to appear at the New York Hippodrome.
