Astronomer Earl’s Will.

The will of the late Earl of Bosse has been proved at £80,178, of which the personal estate in England amounts to £ 48,290. He left the famous Bosse telescope, with all his scientific instruments and. papers, to his sons in order of seniority, failing them to his brothers successively, with a final reversion to the Royal {society, London. With the telescope he left £2,000 for its upkeep.
