Wide-brimmed Picture Hats.
Tor the widebrimmed picture shapes rather coaree-pleuted blooms make an Heal garnishment, for so much surface must necessarily be covered lest the hat have a skimped appearance suggestive of economy at the expense of beauty. To make the brim of the pieture hat balance/the flowers must lx* spread irregularly about the medium-sized crown, the tall exotics bunched slightly at the left front and drooping over the right brim so as to give it a somewhat overloaded air. If the brim is bent at intervals, faced with dark velvet, and slightly tilted at the right angle, such a hat cannot fail to become any woman between the debutante period and the invisible line separating middle age from the avowedly elderly epoch.
