Here one will see the most cosmopolitan crowd in the world, and one of the sights of this wonderful city is to watch the costly equipages of the wealthy passing along, each one determined to outdo the other in the luxuriousness of his turnout. A tramway service —one of the finest in the world —has just been installed along this thoroughfare.
