Dear Bee, May 15. Last Friday evening Mrs. James Anderson (Kaitoki) gave an enjoyable bridge party. The prizes were Won by Mrs. Good, Miss Wheeler ( Rangitikei), Mr. N. Williams, and Mr. G. Palmer. Amongst those present were Mrs. Montgomerie, Mr. and Mrs. Izard, Mr. and Mrs. Good, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. Fairburn. Mrs. W.. Anderson. Miss Herdman (Rangitikei), Misses Stanford (2), Brettargh, Mason, Messrs. Campbell, Williams, Hutton, Harold, Palmer, Chamberlain, and French (Waikato ). Last week Miss Brewer gave a bridge party in honour of Mrs. Pharazyn. The prizes wen* won by Mrs. Lomax, Mrs. Pharazyn and Mrs. Griffiths. Amongst those present were Mesdames Krull, Stevenson. Fairburn, Blundell (Nelson), Paterson, Brettargh, Gordon, Lomax, Griffiths, Montgomerie, Pharazyn, Izett. On Monday evening Mrs. Griffiths gave a. bridge party in honour of Miss Brabant (Napier) and Miss Gresson (Christchurch). The prizes were won by Miss Skeet, Miss G. Stanford, and Miss M. Browne.
