End of a Varied Career.
The death took place recently at East Molesey of Mr. William Luscombe Searelle, author of “The Dawn of Death" and “Tales of the Transvaal,” and part author of “Mizpah,” the religious play which is to be produced in London in the spring. He had lived in New Zealand, had amassed and lost a fortune in South Africa, where he was sentenced to death by the Kruger Government, and had also prospected in Klondike.
