MARTIAL LAW IN ZULULAND.
Mr. Winston Churehill (Under-Secre-tary for the Colonies) states that martial law continues in Zululand despite the view of Lord Elgin (Secretary of State for the Colonies) and Sir Matthew Nathan (Governor of Natal) that it is not now required.
