Hobart Red Skin Potato. This potato was not one of the illustrations forwarded by "Veronica,” but happened to attract the attention of one of our staff in the office of Messrs. Carr and Pountney, produce merchants, of Auckland, who kindly lent it for the purpose of illustration. Its size is ten inches in length, and its weight 2lbs 12 ozs. "Veronica” may possibly have something to say next week. It is only now inserted as worthy of attention on acconut of what seems to us its abnormal size.
