FIREWORKS DISPLAY. VALUES OF EXHIBITS. (Special Service.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. The attendance at the Exhibition on Saturday totalled 19,476, the Besses o’ th* Barn Band and the daylight fireworks being the great attractions. The fireworks display was very novel and interesting, and gave much delight to the huge crowds of children collected. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) C’HRISTC’JtURCH, Sunday. The Exhibition attendance up to last night totals 1,383,833. Over 9000 people attended the sacred concert given by the Besses o’ th’ Barn Band, on the Exhibition sports ground this afternoon, the receipts from which are to go to the Seddon memorial funds. The takings at the gates amounted to £446 9/6, which will be increased to over £5OO from the sale of programmes and reserved seats. This amount will be handed over by the band to Mrs. Seddon, to be applied by her to whichever of the Seddon memorial funds she may decide on.

The Hon. W. Hall-Jones states that the Exhibition will definitely close on April 15.
