Beatty, Isaac, second son of (he late James Corbett, of New Plymouth, to Laurina (Laura), third daughter of liomonico De Lucca, of Remuera, and granddaughter of the late Captain Irwin, of the Royal Tyrone Fusiliers 80th Regiment, Ireland. Father Mahoney, Edward, fourth son of the late John Miller, of Mangore, to Maimie, only daughter of George Howard, Onehunga. STEEL- EVANS.-On July 5, at Harleystreet Chapel, Row. London, by the Rev. Forbes Jackson. M.A., Joseph Steel, of Upper Congo, West Central Africa, to Jessie Violet, oldest daughter of W. J. Evans, Northcoto, Auckland.
