A New Species.
An English Church vicar, who had been given a charge in a very rural part of England, one day met one of the natives, a bluff old gamekeeper. vh» was ret tiring from a day’s shooting. By way of starting a conversation the good vicar asked him if there were many Episcopalians in the district. “Well, parson.” answered the* keeper, “my brother John says he shot one yesterday, hut. speaking between ourselves. I think it was just a weasel.”
