The Royal sailor immediately found a partner, and proceeded to enjoy himself, to the horror of the Duke of Clarence, who had fixed ideas as to the dignity of his rank, and was so shocked by the rollicking democracy of Prince George that he called his brother aside and admonished him severely. “Oh, pshaw!” returned the younger brother. “What’s the harm? If you don’t like it, why don’t you go over in the corner and sing “God save my grandmother,’ all by yourself?”
