NEW WATER WORKS SCHEME FOR AUCKLAND CITY. The Mephan Ferguson Steel Pipe Company, of New Zealand (Limited), who secured the pipe contract, and are erecting extensive works at New Lynn, are obtaining as much as possible of the plant locally. The above photograph shows the large multitubular boiler made to their order by Massey Bros., Limited. Auckland. Though only seven weeks were allowed for construction, it was completed well within time.
