Dear Bee. February 10. On Friday evening Miss Gressvn gave an enjoyable little BRIDGE PARTY to a lew of her friends. At the eonelueion of the games musical items were rendered by several members of the party. Amongst those present were Mr and Mrs Gordon. Mr and Mrs Frank Hatherly, Misses Gresson, Izard, O. Stanford, R. Jones, 1. Jones, M. Anderson, W. Anderson, Messrs B. Anderson. Stevenson, Silk, Dr. Wall and others. Saturday was a perfect day for tennis, and there were a number of players and onlookers at THE CAMPBELL-STREET LAWN, when Mesdatnes Blundell and Stevenson gave afternoon tea. Amongst those 1 noticed were: Mrs John Stevenson, in a white voile skirt, made with wide llonnees, and a beautiful blouse of white Japanese silk, embroidered in green and brown shaded silk leaves: Mrs Sarjeant, dainty white muslin froek. profusely trimmed with insertion and fiebu of laee, black -straw hat with velvet band and full frill of chiffon; Mrs Blundell wore a holland skirt, white muslin .blouse, burnt straw French sailor with box-pleated frill of green figured ribbon;- Miss Hilda Blundell, pretty white muslin gown with insertion and laee, pale blue silk sash; Mrs Stanford, blaek canvas costume, banded with silk, black bonnet: Miss O. Stanford wore a white muslin frock; Mrs Gifford Marshall. shaded muslin, blaek picture hat; M iss McGowan, pale pink linen gown, white muslin hat with silk scarf and fringed ends; Miss G. Krull, pale blue linen, Panama hat: Mrs Thompson (Thames), navy blue coat and skirt, fancy straw hat with cream and blue shaded ribbons on it ; Miss Izard, white and terra-eotta (lowered muslin, Panama hat with silk to match; Miss Moore, pale grey skirt, white muslin blouse; Miss Lifiiton. white embroidered muslin; Mrs Anderson wore an embroidered champagne lawn o'er sea green silk, smart straw hat with ostrich plumes; Miss C.
