Orange Blossoms.

CULPAN—BOCK. A very pretty ceremony took place at the picturesque little church of St. Barnabas, Mount Eden, Auckland, on Saturday afternoon, when Mr William James Culpan, son of Air James Gartside Culpan, was married to Miss Emma Sorentine Bock. The church was prettily decorated for the occasion with arum lilies and clematis, and the service was performed by the Rev. E. J. .McFarland. Mr Phillpot played the Bridal and Wedding March. The bride, who was given away by Mr F. Wilson Smith, looked sweetly pretty in white net over white satin, with shirred yoke and ruchings. She wore a beautiful Brussels net veil over a coronet of orange blossoms, and carried a lovely shower bouquet of choice flowers. The bridegroom presented the bride with a necklet and pendant. Aliss Rita Ashton, Miss Marjorie Tayler, and Miss Ain riel Corbett were the little bridesmaids, and were daintily Crocked in white silk and lace, with wreaths of pink Pompadour roses and chifl’on. Their souvenirs were pretty gold and pearl brooches. Air Effingham Howard officiated as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at “Major House,” the residence of the bride's mother. A very large and fashionable wedding was celebrated at St. Mark’s Church on Wednesday last, by the Rev. Canon Beatty, when Miss Kitty Lennox, second daughter of Mr J. Al. Lennox, “The Pines,” Reinuera. was married to Air Alexander Young, of Wellington. The church was very prettily decorated for the occasion by the numerous friends of the bride. Miss Lennox, who was given away l>y her father, was attired in a beautiful gown of white crepe de ebine, elaborately trimmed with pearl passementerie; she wore the orthodox veil and wreath of orange blossoms, and carried an exquisite shower Jtiouquet. Miss Minnie Lennox, sister of the bride, Aliss Geraldine Ching, prettily gowned in white silk muslins relieved with pale green and mauve ribbon respectively, were, the two first bridesmaids. They also carried beautiful shower bouquets of pale pink hyacinths and maidenhair, and wore large cream pictiir* hats finished with clusters of pink roses. The two little bridesmaids Misses Joyce Bewes, and Mary Whitney looked sweet in soft ■white frocks. Air J. S. Lennox was best man, and Air Hurry ( lark attended the bridegroom as groomsmen. After the ceremony a large number of guests were entertained by Air and Mrs Lennox at afternoon tea. Mr and Airs Young were the recipients of a great many handsome and valuable wedding presents.
