The figure 9 has a peculiar connection with the career of the Emperor of Germany. His Majesty is the ninth King of Prussia; he was born in the 59th year of the century, entered the army in 1869, and completed his university career in 1579. The dates of his birth and marriage. January 27th and February 27th. both make nine if the figures 2 and 7 are added together.
