CURE FOR WEAK NERVES.
The natural antidote for weak nerves is the health development of the muscles—that is, of the general muscular system, instead of special muscles only. This can be done only by active exercise in the open air, which thoroughly oxygenates the blood ami wastes the muscular'tissues, thus preparing them to l>e replenished from the food elements of the blood. This constant waste ami rebuilding are vital processes that measure vitality and efficiency.
