Oceania. — A nice-looking reef about three feet thick has been cut in the crosscut. The stone carries favourable indications in trenching a little to the east ot the crosscut another tine body of stone was discovered. On the Alpha side of spur tho reef is now about two feet thick, of rubbly quartz, and continues to prospect a little gold. Ciiei.t —Small veins of quartz from 2 to 6 inches keep crossing the face of the drive.
