Dkar Bee, February 15. THE ‘AT HOME’ ON THE GOTHIC was given by Captain Jennings, and was very largely attended, the weather being beautiful. Captain Jennings and Mrs Graves, who is wife of the London Chairman of Directors, and is travelling on the Gothic, received the guests together at the top of the gtngway, where they were ail announced. Mrs Graves wore a • .andsome pale fawn gown, the sleeves half covered with cream embroidery, and the bodice also trimmed with embroidery, and a small bonnet to match. MORRAH the morning of the same day. a number of relatives and friends were absent. Many of Mr Morrah’s friends, however, heard of the sad event at the ‘At Home.’ for it was not generally known until late in the afternoon. Much sympathy is felt for Mrs Morrah and her family in their sudden bereavement, and a great many beautiful tokens of sympathy were received on the day of the funeral.
