Dear Bee, July 8. The Citizens’ Ball is now a thing of the past, and it only remains to chronicle the dresses in this part of the Graphic. It is really a very hard task, for you can imagine that one would get decidedly mixed in thinking over w hat between two and three hundred ladies had on.
