A GOOD RECIPE.
W E can strongly recommend the use of a marvellous remedy, under the influence of which all the ills to which humanity is heir will infallibly disappear. It cures sorrow, misanthropy, morosity, all the diseases <>f the heart and the brain, including also imaginary diseases.
The following is the recipe. Swallow every morning, fasting during the whole year, a mixture composed of the following ingredients loz. patience, 2 oz. gayety, 1 oz. philosophy, 2 oz. courage, 1 oz. perseverance ; sprinkle with two grains ‘ I don’t care ’ — mix well and imbibe.
As ladies are more delicately constituted than the sterner sex, they might adc to the doze loz. sweetness.
