It was found in an Egyptian tomb, and is in the form of a rolled up scroll, nearly twelve feet long.’ Mamie : ‘ Just think what a nuisance it would be if they made books in that shape uow, and one would have to unroll all that paper in order to read the last chapter of a new novel first.’
