RECIPES.
Cocoanut Cake (delicious). — Mix as follows : — ilb butter beaten to a cream, jib moist sugar, stir in butter till dissolved, 4 or 5 eggs well beaten, ilb flour sifted, 1 teaspoon raising powder, 1 cupful desiccated cocoanut. Bake one hour.—l. F. [Many thanks.—Ed.]
