AN ANATOMICAL EXPERT.
A CERTAIN merchant in bis early days was not noted for the brilliancy of his mind. < )ne day he dropped into the local meat shop, where the butcher was slicing up a recently killed ox. He walked around the shop a few times in a pensive mood and then approached the wielder of the meat chopper and confidently said : — * Say, Frank, do you kill a whole beef critter at once ?’
