Constant Reader.—Property settled upon a married woffian living in New Zealand cannot be touched by cither her husband or lus creditors. It matters not in what other country the property was settled upon her. Indeed, by the 4th section of the Married M Oman s Property Act 1884, all property, however acquired, and even her earnings in business, are secured to a married woman iust as if she had no husband.
