Waipukurau Sanatorium
The sanatorium is beautifully situated on the hills above Waipukurau, and commands a lovely view down the valley and .of the river. When the sounds are fullv laid out 'and the trees have grown, this place will be ideal for its purpose. It will eventually pass from military control to the Health Department. At present it is staffed by military officers and sisters, and nearly all patients are soldiers.
