OTAGO NURSES' DAY AT THE RED CROSS SHOP.
" Record " Receipts. It wag the Otago Nurses' Day at he Red Cross Shop to-day, and splendid results were obtained. The receipts totalled £171, which constitutes a record. This sum, together with a previous donation of £100, brings the nurses' contribution to the Military Convalescent Home at Montecillo up to £271. Today's receipts did not include a donation of £2 which ■wae collected by the children at Albany Street School, and sent along to the Red Cross shop.
