Missing Friends.

Enquiry is made on behalf of Mr. R. O. Denton, of Norton House, as to the present whereabouts and circumstances of B. O. Denton. No further description or means of identifying the missing friend have been furnished. -Information to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch.

Enquiry is made by Mrs. William Eleming of Springsure, Queensland, for Thomas Brown, who left Rutlandshire, England, about fourteen years ago, and was last heard of at Kaiapoi, New Zealand, from whence he communicated with his friends about four or five years ago, when he was supposed to be farming. Description About 50 years of age, about 6ft., complexion light, inclined to sandy, appears a little lame when walking. Brown has become entitled to property in England. Any information respecting him, alive or dead, to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch.
