Missing Friends.

Enquiry should be made for the present whereabouts of Daniel McFadyen, Scotch, storeman, about 30 years of age, about sft! 10in., black hair, whiskers, if any, small; was last seen at Christchurch Cattle Show about two years ago, : about which time he was supposed to have had some employment in or, about Timaru. This inquiry is made for the .purpose of putting him in possession of some letters from home. Information to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch.

Anxious inquiry is made for the whereabouts, if living, of Graham Hunter Pierce, a Londoner, supposed to be .known as William Pierce, a cricketer, and to have been bowler to the U.C.C.C.; he would be now about 28 years of age, sft. lOin., curly brown hair, good and bright looking generally. He was left-handed and had been in the 12th Lancers, but was bought out, and sailed from London in September 1866, for New Zealand; was on Mr. W. Robinson’s station for some time, and was last heard of at Addington in 1871-72. Information to be , sent to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch.

Wanted , the present whereabouts of Theodore Arthur‘.Walsh Griffiths, English, 32 years of age, sft. 10 or’llin., slight build, sallow complexion, dark eyes, black hair, very small dark beard, no whiskers or moustache, ' medium forehead, very small black , eyebrows, medium nose, chin, . and mouth, slovenly gait, a labourer ; when last seen was dressed in dark suit, light coloured wideawake hat and lace up boots. Yankee appearance. Has a wife and four children at Courtenay. He was seen in Wellington last month • Revesting to Police Gazette.
