Inquests.

An inquest was held at Christchurch, on'the 16th March, 1874, before Gf. W. Hall, Esq., J.P., on the body of Ellen Finlay, aged 45 years; an inmate of the ..Lunatic ? Asylum. Dr;, Coward made a post mortem examination, and stated apoplexy to have been the cause ‘of death. Verdict accordingly.

Deceased died in Christchurch Hospital, and the jury returned a verdict of— “ Accidental death.” .
