ADVENTUROUS YOUTH
ROWING BOAT TO CONTINENT NOW REPORTED MISSING (Received Dec. 22, 11,30 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 21 Graham Kinross, aged 18, who has twice previously attempted to row to the Continent, is reported missing after the discovery of an overturned rowing boat ashore near Dover. Kinross made his ealier attempts in November in an endeavour “to see conditions on the Continent for myself.” He was recently charged with attempting to leave the United Kingdom without permission and was bound over for a year.
