MR G. M. EVANS ELECTED PARIS, Nov. 9 The British Under-Secretary of State for Labour, Mr G. M. Evans, has been unanimously elected president of the International Labour Office by the Governing Committee. The next conference will be held in Montreal on September 19, 1946.
